Return Window
You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the EU Right of Withdrawal (Herroepingsrecht).
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

- Ship the item(s) back to our return address at your own expense.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package is received.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund. For incorrect items, we may ask you to return the product using a prepaid label we provide. For damaged or defective items, a photo is usually enough and no return is needed.
